With the rain lashing down outside on this murky and overcast Friday, one could almost be forgiven for thinking it WAS winter… not the first day of August!

Maybe Byron had a point.

Still we English are so used to a soggy summer, we almost didn't know what to do with ourselves these past couple of weeks when *gasp* the sun actually shone and we had temperatures soaring into the late 20s.

Wow! It was positively tropical!

well I got distracted!


I promise I'll post it soon.

Instead, I've spent a lovely couple of hours playing on Photoshop, which has resulted in some brand new artwork.
